• based on research results, develop methods and recommendations for lake, swamp and environmental management, promote examples of good practice and sustainable environmental development;
• to cooperate with local and international organizations, societies, state institutions, businessmen, and private individuals related to the research and/or management of lakes, swamps and the environment.
